Data with a defined source and purpose
Oxyriz works through business contacts and partner relationships to source internal business data authorized for sharing and agreed use. A sourcing project starts with the intended application: what information is needed, what it should represent, and which uses the provider can permit. Access to a dataset alone does not establish permission to use it for model training. Scope and permitted use must be agreed before delivery.
What data preparation involves
Preparation can include deduplication, consistent field names and formats, checks for missing values, and validation against the project’s requirements. The right treatment depends on the data: a duplicate may be an error in one dataset and a meaningful repeat event in another. We define those decisions around the intended analysis or AI workflow rather than applying a generic cleanup rule to every record.
